Substituting pears for apples in my porridge, yogurt and baking.
This past week we gathered up the last of the pears,
the good ones for me and the neighbours
the spoiled ones for the sheep.

I also want to try this recipe Birnen camembert tart.
Simply a tart crust, Birnen schnapps, camembert and pears.
It must be good.
So I am posting it even before I have tried it,
because frankly I don't know when I will,
but hope to soon.
